Do I get confirmation when my medication is prepared?

Yes, you will always receive an email or a text message on your provided email address and number, respectively whenever you place an order.

What happens if I am away from home during business hours to receive my package?

You can ask someone else to receive it on your behalf. Our pharmacy can adjust the delivery days and deliver the medicines according to your availability.

Is it possible to receive my package at the office instead of home?

Yes, it is possible. All you need to do is provide us with your office address instead of your home address.

What if my medication requires refrigeration or special handling?

We provide our customers with special instructions in written form if any special handling or refrigeration is needed for any medication.

What do you do if the package is damaged during shipping?

If the product is damaged due to mishandling from our side, then we exchange it with a brand new medicine parcel.

Can I return the products received?
